Stress management

 

'I'm so stressed I'm worried I'm going to have a heart attack"  (medical doctor & coaching client)

Stress is bad news - not always as extreme as my client above - but  important to address.

I coach my clients to see the causes of their own stress - then explore the behaviours and attitudes that trigger it.  When this is clear, we examine the options available and take actions.

The above client later said:

“I wish I'd done this 20 years ago. Protected time to accelerate understanding and the strength to do what I need and want to do. The answers have all been within me – coaching has released them.”
