About us

Tandem is Judy & Adrian Reith.  Two professional coaches, working individually and together.

Adrian Reith:  his passion is working with owners, CEOs and senior managers in organisations and business. He also coaches individuals in life issues.

Story: Adrian co-founded and remains a director of Europe's top audio post-production house The Jungle Group; also co-founded the UK's first radio ad agency Radioville.

In those roles he dealt at owner, board and senior level with some of the UK's best businesses including Carphone Warehouse, Coca-Cola, Capital Radio, BBC, Boden, Nationwide, Dunlop, Telewest, Autoglass and Transport for London - plus top ad agencies.  Hs own creative work won numerous awards including Sony, D&AD, Creative Circle and Clio.

Adrian was attracted to coaching as a natural extension of this management experience.

Trained with Coaching Development, he is in ongoing professional supervision, carries full professional indemnity insurance, and is a member of the International Coach Federation, and subscibes to the ICF code of ethics.

Judy Reith: Professional Coach with a speciality in Parent Coaching, Judy has a successful coaching business in her own right – Parenting People - and has been a regular guest on BBC radio as a commentator on parent coaching issues.

Judy also coaches clients in a broad range of issues outside of the parenting arena.

Judy and Adrian are partners in business and life, which we believe gives us a unique offering in the growing world of coaching.

We live in Cambridge with our three daughters and about twenty bikes.
